Production Facility
Corporate offices for GEL SMART are at our 20,000 sq. ft. facility in Whippany, New Jersey, USA. Our FDA-inspected gel production plant at this location also houses our R&D and sales and marketing divisions. GEL SMART’s Asian production facilities include a 50,000 sq. ft. plant in Taiwan.
Both facilities are fully equipped with advanced systems supporting our value-added approach to product development and manufacture, including:
- In-house machine and tool shop for rapid prototyping
- Production flexibility from small to large runs
- CNC (computer numerical control) tooling for in-house molding
- EDI (electronic data interchange) capabilities for inventory monitoring and control
Incorporating the principles of cellular manufacture, GEL SMART integrates all aspects of production from start through packaging to ensure optimum efficiency and consistent product quality.
