First we share and analyze information as needed to understand thoroughly your market objectives, executing confidentiality agreements as appropriate.  Keeping focus on those objectives, we then:

• Fully specify your product requirements, including packaging preferences.
• Identify desired price points.
• Assess materials and processes to determine best options.

One of many success stories…
GEL SMART achieves great results using this methodology.  In one case, a company came to us when it wanted to expand a particular line of personal care products.  For consistency with other products in the line, the new gel formulation had to carry certain additives, including lavender scent, specific anti-oxidants and vitamins.  

Following an iterative process to refine these requirements with our customer, we developed polymers to satisfy those needs.  We then engineered brand-new, high-speed manufacturing equipment to meet both production requirements and marketing price points.
